History of the Company
Limited Liability Company “Sakhneftegaz Engineering” is a joint venture, which was founded by Limited Liability Company “Zarubezhneftestroymontazh” (51%) and Company WorleyParsons Europe Limited (Great Britain – 49%), being 100% subsidiary of Australian public company WorleyParsons Limited in 2005 in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia.
Sakhneftegaz Engineering is a company, which:
- provides engineering and project management services across the chemicals, oil refining, sulfur management, and fixed offshore pipeline industries;
- provides the support of WorleyParsons activities in Russia.
In 2009 the share in “Sakhneftegaz Engineering” LLC charter capital in the amount of 51% was transferred from “Zarubezhneftestoymontazh” LLC to a Russian Federation citizen Sarukhanov Alexander Melikovich. Besides that, in 2010 the office of the Company was entirely moved from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Moscow.
In 2015-2016 the ownership structure of the Company changed. The share in the charter capital of the Company in the amount of 51% was transferred from Sarukhanov Alexander Melikovich to the companies WorleyParsons Europe Limited (99%) and Intecsea (UK) 1%.
Along with that, because of the change of the ownership structure the official name of the Company was changed and currently is WorleyParsons – Sakhneftegaz Engineering, Limited Liability Company or WorleyParsons – SNE, LLC.

08.06.2016 - current time - two members - company WorleyParsons Europe Limited (UK) (99%) and company Intecsea (UK) (1%)

08.11.2005 - 29.06.2009 - two members - Zarubezhneftestroymontazh, LLC (51%) and company WorleyParsons Europe Limited (UK) (49%).30.06.2009 - 07.06.2016 - two members - RF citizen Sarukhanov Alexander Melikovich (51%) and company WorleyParsons Europe Limited (UK) (49%).

SRO Membership.
The company is the member of Self-regulated Organization “Neftegazservice”.In accordance with the SRO Certificate the Company is entitled to enter into the agreements on organization of works on preparation of FEED documentation for objects of capital construction, on the amount of more than 300 000 000 (Three Hundred Million) Rubles under each agreement.
